Each lesson focuses on real cooking skills, not just following a recipe. You will learn how to organize your workspace, use a knife properly, understand heat, season with confidence, build sauces, cook pasta correctly, prepare meats and seafood, work with vegetables, and create balanced dishes from start to finish. The goal is to help you understand why each step matters, so you can cook with more confidence even when you are on your own.

Lessons can be designed as single private sessions or as a progressive multi-week program. Topics may include fresh pasta, classic Italian sauces, dry pasta technique, meat and fish preparation, side dishes, pizza, pantry essentials, grocery guidance, and complete menu planning. For clients who want a deeper experience, custom intensive programs can include multiple weekly lessons, personalized recipes, premium ingredients, and a guided ingredient-selection session.

Private 1:1 lessons are available starting at $450, with custom intensive programs available upon request. Each program is tailored to your goals, schedule, and cooking level.
