In this in-person cooking class, Chef Luca will teach you how to prepare a four-course Italian seafood menu using fresh seafood, homemade pasta and traditional techniques. You’ll start by mastering smoked salmon rolls with homemade ricotta and fresh herbs. Next’s homemade tagliatelle pasta with lobster cream sauce and drunken scampi with cherry tomatoes, onions and rum. For desert, you’ll whip up aa decadent chocolate mousse with a sweet drizzle of honey.
