In this hands-on class with Chef Luca, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Italian dinner menu that features some the country's most famous flavors: Extra virgin olive oil, 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, 25-year aged Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena and more. Some of the recipes and dishes you'll learn to make in this class include tagliatelle with a homemade Parmigiano Reggiano cream sauce, tagliolini San Marzano, classic meatballs, mixed salads, and a traditional Italian pastry cream — known as crema pasticcera — with strawberries for dessert.
