Learn about culinary greatness in this immersive cooking class. Chef Luca will guide you through the traditional flavors of Northern Italy as you make some of the area’s most iconic dishes.   You’ll create golden fried polenta that’s delightfully crispy outside and delectably soft inside. Learn how to make tagliatelle alla boscaiola with earthy porcini mushrooms, pancetta and Parmigiano Reggiano, then expertly cook a pork fillet with indulgent black truffle cream. Finally, whip up almond cream and sweet roasted apples for the perfect dessert.
